How to begin a daily spiritual routine

You always wanted to start one and still until today you are resisting the good change. We have all been there, until one day you, as I did, decide to start now. And after a while you will notice what it does for you and how it makes you feel. Then you truly start longing for your daily minutes of practice. So i decided to share some simple, practical steps that can help you to begin.


How to start


Create space for your spiritual growth. This means setting aside time and a quiet place where you can connect with yourself without distractions. It could be a corner in your home, a park bench, or even in your favorite café. You need to find a place where you feel calm and relaxed.


Once you decided on the space, make it into a daily habit of spending a few minutes a day to your spiritual routine. Keep it clear and simple, this makes it much easier to keep on going. Sit quietly, breathe deeply, and observe your thoughts and feelings. This practice helps you to become more aware of your inner world.


An try to keep a journal. In which you write down your thoughts, dreams, and experiences. Which will be a true gem of insights and patterns a long the way.


  • Sit or meditate 10 minutes a day quietly.

  • Try to choose the same peaceful spot, daily.
